It looks like a carved marble birdbath, but it acts like a sink, with no fittings and water so crystal clear, there's never a trace of scum or dampness to make the bathroom messy. Meaning, of course, that I wanted a standing wash basin that wasn't obviously modern plumbing, and simply CANNOT get the sprites for the "washing" animation to behave properly. But it still works -- like magic! |

Designed for the house of Cirdan the Shipwright, this particular magic sink has the added enhancement of being forever filled with clear blue water. Unfortunately, it still doesn't foam and have suds, but well, it's still magic. |

An ivy-decorated version of the Midnight Magic Sink, made for Yavanna's house. although it's been showing up in other places in my game, like Orome's house, and in the gardens of the community centers.... |

A pale blue-green variant of the Midnight Magic Sink, for Ulmo's house. There are some very slight bleed-through problems with the bowl, but they're minor and are generally not noticeable when placed against a light wall or away from the wall. Another benefit of these sinks: they can be used outdoors and don't look like plumbing. |

A predecessor to the Midnight Magic Sink, made to go into Nienna's bathing room (which is why everything's dark blue). This is a recolor of a base object from Secret Sims (via Mermaid's Cove), both of whom I thank most graciously for being a part of the File-Share Friendly Sims Community. |

This was my very first attempt at object altering, a re-color of the Maxis base, simply because I was sick to death of the plain off-white fixtures in every freakin' house in my original neighborhood. Somewhere, there's a matching toilet, tub, mirror, and shower, but at the moment, I can't seem to find them. Shows you how much the game changes with time (and computer crashes). |
