Since I have no desire to turn object-making into a full-time job, updates here will be sporadic (generally when I feel a need to have something in my game and can't find something I like or think is suitable). Since I support the notion of a File-Share Friendly Sim Community, feel free to use any of my objects as bases for your own (UNLESS you're a pay site. Then you may not use them. Period). I ask only that you make some significant changes to them (recoloring counts, just putting your name on it doesn't), and remember to acknowledge the source. Unless otherwise noted, all of my objects had their origins in Maxis bases, to the best of my knowledge (the palantir was originally a Maxis table phone!). I have tried my best to find and acknowledge all the roots of my objects, but I've been collecting items for the Sims for a long time, and the community has changed a great deal since I began (meaning that some object makers have disappeared from sight, and try as I might, I can't find out who made some of the things I have). If I am uncertain of a base object's origins, I will note it in the object file; if anyone should recognize the item and knows where it came from, please let me know via Feedback so I can give credit where credit is due (and remove said item if that is the original creator's wish). Although I am occasionally (but rarely) open to suggestions, I may not take them when offered, and never take requests. Sorry. |
