TO USE AS NPCs:
Requires the free NPC Replacer program from Paladin's (see links page).  They will NOT replace the NPCs without it, and they WILL replace the NPCs for ALL neighborhoods.  The skins and meshes can also be used for regular Sims.

The Maid

As I mentioned on the Downtown NPC page, the head mesh I use for the maid and the charwoman is the same, but the body meshes and skins are different.  She is also only the first of the various household NPCs; the repairman, gardener, and mailman are almost finished, and I'm working on the paper kid and policeman.
