TO USE AS NPCs:
Requires the free NPC Replacer program from Paladin's (see links page).  They will NOT replace the NPCs without it, and they WILL replace the NPCs for ALL neighborhoods.  The skins and meshes can also be used for regular Sims.

The Guard
replacement for Policewoman

The Smith
replacement for Repairman

Again, I'm offering all three skin tones, even though only one is used in the game (the others can be used as townies or even player characters, if your want).  If you use Paladin's NPC Replacer to replace the Policewoman with the Guard, don't forget that you'll need to change the gender (and the skin tone if you choose light or tan).  I made the Guard male simply because such things were generally a men-only job back in the Middle Ages.  He's carrying a sword, but unfortunately, if he goes to apprehend a thief, a gun will show up in his hand.  Sigh.

Given that this is intended to fit in with a gamed centered on Tolkien's world, he's wearing the livery of Gondor.  The helmet is based on those worn by the rank-and-file soldiers in the films, since I already had the basic mesh after making a version of the helmet worn by the Fountain Guard for Una at Comhair.  The Guard is also the single most complex skin I've made to date.  Given all the accoutrements he would have worn, there just wasn't enough room in a standard sized bitmap skin, so this is a highly customized mesh that uses a double-wide skin.  It's been tested in the game, and it does work, but if anyone wants to make a different skin for it... well, good luck.  It's hard to find your way around it without a roadmap.
