Finarfin
Second son of Finwë and Indis, half-brother of Fëanor, Father of Finrod and Galadriel, Ruler of the Noldor who remained in Valinor

with cloak and crown

Unlike his brother Fingolfin, Finarfin decided to be his own Elf and didn't insist on looking too strongly like anyone else. Which was good, because I've found that for some reason, every time I try to make a blond Sim, they have a tendency to come out looking strangely similar to other blond Sims I've made. But then, Finarfin was the wisest of the sons of Finwë, and had the good sense to turn back from the flight to Middle-earth when Fëanor killed the Teleri to take their ships and brought down the Doom of Mandos on his Noldorin followers. A pity his children didn't have the same good sense, but such is life.

Both Finarfin and Fingolfin did present one problem in mesh-making, however: Because I chose to give both of them longer hair of the "stay-put" variety, it stays put right through the back of their cloaks. Because Finarfin's cloak is dark and his hair is light, it's more noticeable with him, but I've found that generally speaking, it's not overly distracting in the game, should you decide to have him wear or change into one of those versions when he goes out for a night (or day) on the town. Although we have no idea who Fingolfin's spouse was (one presumes Gil-galad didn't appear out of thin air!), Finarfin's wife was a Telerin Elf, Eärwen of Alqualondë, who is on my "to-do" list of Elven Sims.
