TO USE AS NPCs:
Requires the free NPC Replacer program from Paladin's (see links page).  They will NOT replace the NPCs without it, and they WILL replace the NPCs for ALL neighborhoods.  The skins and meshes can also be used for regular Sims.

The Courier
replacement for Mail Carrier, all skin tones, fit only

The last of the neighborhood NPCs I intend to replace for the basic Sims game a while (I don't see much use in trying to devise a Middle-earth version of a pizza delivery boy, though when I get to doing NPC replacements for House Party, I plan to make the Mime Tom Bombadil...), I figured that the nearest equivalent to a mailman in a medieval setting would be a courier, so he has the official insignia of the White Tree on his carrier pouch, and wears the silver and sable of Gondor.
