The Staff of the Golden Gull Inn
These are designed to be replacements for the "Expensive" bar in the Downtown. I call it "The Golden Gull" because it implies a place with some sort of seaside influence, and in the Middle Ages, the most cosmopolitan cities -- where you would see the greatest mixture of people from all over the world -- tended to be ports, where travelers came and traders brought goods from far and near. Middle-earth of the time of LotR was rather insulated, because of war and plagues that had decimated the population, but I tend to picture a place like this perhaps being in Dol Amroth during a more peaceful and prosperous time, or perhaps even in Minas Tirith or along the River Anduin during better years after the fall of Sauron.
